No. If you are a Christian, God chose you, arranged for you to be born at the time and place of his choosing, and arranged for you to hear His Gospel - He regenerated you by new birth and justified you, forgave your sin, and gave you faith to believe. He called you and redeemed you. You were completely incapable of choosing God had God not first chosen you.
